Personal Chef & Nutrition Coach — Baltimore
Fresh herbs and kitchen counter at Antonucci Cooks

Welcome!

I'm Mary Antonucci, a personal chef and board-certified nutrition coach based in Baltimore. I help busy people eat well without spending their evenings meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning.

Here's how it works: I shop for the ingredients, prepare meals tailored specifically to you in your own home, stock your fridge, and leave your kitchen just as I found it. When dinner rolls around, all that's left for you to do is enjoy it.

My clients include busy professionals, families, and people navigating health goals or dietary needs. I also have a special interest in supporting clients taking GLP-1 medications. My background in both cooking and nutrition allows me to create meals that are not only nutritious, but also satisfying, flavorful, and realistic for everyday life.

No two clients are alike, and I think your meals should reflect that. Before I ever step into your kitchen, I take the time to get to know you, your goals, your favorite foods, the meals that bring you comfort, and the ingredients you'd rather never see again. The result is a menu built around your life and your tastes.

Good food should not feel complicated. It should make your life easier, bring you joy, and give you one less thing to think about at the end of a long day.

Serving clients throughout Baltimore and surrounding communities.

About Mary

Mary Antonucci, personal chef and nutrition coach

My earliest food memories are in my grandparents' garden, picking and snapping beans on warm summer afternoons. Growing up in the South with Depression-era grandparents, food was never taken for granted. Meals were made from scratch, vegetables came from the garden, and every Sunday our family gathered around my Nanny's table for supper. Food was how we showed love, cared for one another, and stayed connected.

I've always been happiest in the kitchen. Wanting to refine the skills I learned growing up, I attended L'Academie de Cuisine and earned a diploma in Culinary Arts. My cooking is heavily influenced by the Mediterranean flavors I love most, especially French, Spanish, Italian, and Turkish cuisines. Later, my own health journey led me to become a nutrition coach. I believe healthy food should be delicious, satisfying, and realistic for everyday life. No food guilt. No fad diets. Just balance.

One of my favorite parts of this work is getting to know my clients. Every menu I create is tailored to the individual, their preferences, and their goals. I have a particular interest in supporting clients taking GLP-1 medications and those who have undergone bariatric surgery, where thoughtful, nutrient-dense meals can make a meaningful difference. At the end of the day, I want my clients to trust me, feel cared for, and look forward to the meals waiting for them in the refrigerator.

A Few Things About Me

On a typical Saturday, you'll find me at Baltimore's 32nd Street Farmers Market, preparing food for one of the city's community fridges, or spending an afternoon in the pottery studio.

I believe deeply in taking care of people, whether that's through a home-cooked meal or supporting my community. Nothing makes me happier than gathering people around the dinner table.
